Kahl Receives Endorsement of Wisconsin Realtors Association

(Monona) Wisconsin Realtors agree – there is one candidate in the race for the 47thAssembly District who can help people achieve the dream of owning a home – that candidate is Robb Kahl.

“I am honored to receive the endorsement of Realtors in Wisconsin,” Kahl stated. “As the owner of a title and escrow company, I have the opportunity to work with Realtors and I get to see the excitement of people who are achieving their dream of buying their first home and becoming part of a community.”

In addition to helping individuals and families find the right home to purchase, Wisconsin Realtors work with people to find affordable homes where there are good schools and safe neighborhoods to meet the needs of potential homeowners.

“Buying a home is still, for most people, the single largest investment they will make in their lives,” Kahl said. “Wisconsin Realtors are small business owners that work every day to make their businesses and communities successful, because they know the direct connection between the two.”

“Realtors know that in order to sell homes, they have to be able to sell not just the home, but the community in which the home is located. I will work hard to keep our communities among the best places to live in Wisconsin and to keep the American Dream of homeownership alive and well for anyone wishing to pursue it,” added Kahl.

Kahl is part-owner of Generations Title Company in Monona, executive director for a non-profit organization representing the common interests of management and labor in the construction industry, and serves on various other business and community boards.

Kahl and his wife Jennifer have been married for 15 years and have four children. Both Robb and Jennifer are active members of their community, volunteering their time to coach youth sports, serve on various city and school committees, and lead fundraising efforts for civic and school causes.

The newly configured 47th Assembly District includes all of McFarland and Monona, part of the cities of Fitchburg and Madison, and all or part of the towns of Cottage Grove, Blooming Grove, Dunn and Madison.
